o依家可以用CG，可以用特技甚至機械，但喺《Star Wars IV: A New Hope》年代，R2-D2都係要人扮演。當年三部曲嘅R2-D2就係由呢位英國演員Kenny Baker演出，可惜嘅係佢喺噚日(13日)離開咗我哋，終年81歲。佢喺1977年開始演出R2-D2，身高只有3呎18吋嘅佢仲喺80年代演出過《The Elephant Man》、《Time Bandits》、《Flash Gordon》，之前新一集《The Force Awakens》佢都有當上顧問一職，而且亦有喺歐洲出席行紅地氈活動。證實佢離世之後，好多星戰演員都喺網上出悼念圖文，當中官方Twitter、Mark Hamill、Ewan McGregor等都有。願安息。
